Record Labels # 6 Dandelion Records

Hippies'r'us. John Peel backed record label. Lasted from '69 to '73. No hits but some decent records and starting points. Here are some singles.

1. Medicine Head

Quite Anthony & the Johnsons and New American folk.

2. Bill Oddie

Possibly not the best idea. But an oddity. Future Goodie and birdwatcher.

Vincent was a big Peel favourite. Link to a song he did with Eddie Cochran earlier on.

4. Principal Edward Magic Theatre

Fairly 'Hey Nonny No'

5. Siren

Featuring the quite wonderful Kevin Coyne! Unique amongst men.

5. Yamasukis

This has already been featured on the blog.

6. Beau - Creation

Hmm!

7. Tractor

Interesting how contemporary some of this sounds

Lots of other hippie joys and some great music here.
