A reminder, if one is needed by now in the book, that someone somewhere has lived a more exciting life than yours. Duncan finally moves to Manhattan where he was surely always meant to be. He is always immediately spotted by Danny Fields, the great scenester, manager of Iggy, MC5 and Morrison. Fields duly invites him through the looking glass.
