Brooklyn's The Antlers, a band I'm unfamiliar with, apart from not taking greatly to their latest album, Green to Gold which came out a few weeks ago. This, from 2011 is more to my liking, a skilled, soothing record for the most part, though I'm not entirely sure what the exceptional qualities meriting a place on this list are really. They seem slightly traumatised by the twin influence of Kid A Radiohead and unusually Moby really.
