More Afrobeat appropriation. Petite Meller is a French artist on Island records who has gained a small buzz. Some of her juxtaposition of sexuality and African culture, imagery and music strikes me as slightly dubious to say the least but here is the track, from her debut album Lil Empire, where it does all work for me.
