A fairly minor British combo from the late nineties at least commercially if not critically but what a great couple of songs. Named after a Scott Walker solo record, his fourth coincidentally, and generally thought of as his best.
Melody Maker loved them. There was a definite Beck influence there, particularly in their first single Deutsche Record LP, which I can't find a direct link to but is here if you'd like to hear it. The sound and smells of London in the late nineties.
