A quiet Friday for new music releases where the main point of attraction seems to be the new Kurt record. It's fairly clear what the man brings to the table by now and (watch my moves) doesn't really disappoint or frankly surprise too much.

It takes a while for this to hit i's stride but once it does, there's much to enjoy. There are some worthy additions to his back catalogue some of which I've posted here. You do have to do some searching, as what once seemed an inspired formula seems less so here. But there's still gold in these here mountains. Nobody does it better.
