It seems slightly sad that Japanese Psyche Rockers Kikagaku Moyo have just announced an indefinite hiatus, following the release of their fifth album Kumoyo Island in May 6th. Their music was always an utterance of the distant past, the early to Mid Seventies Golden Days of Jap and Krautrock/ But they did this better than any oter contemporary band on earth frankly and it will be a shame not to have them around.
