Very New Wave. You can practically hear the thin ties and Burton suits and picture the jerky performances. This was everywhere in 1979. Jackson went somewhere else entirely after this. As with most of his stuff it's slightly variable. This is of its time. Not distinguished from the pack. Costello, Parker, Partridge. Small town awkwardness. Nice shoes mind.
