Featherlight collaboration between members of The New Pornographers and Woodpigeon. New album Parade is a treat, something of the avant Broadcast and Stereolab sound with folk touches and Karen Carpenter guesting on lead vocals.
Taking great pleasure in leftfield melody, Karen Calder and Matthew Andrew Hamilton alternate vocals and much of this floats. It's all wonderfully Pop. Top stuff.
