Smashing Pumpkins were a truly great, world-beating band for a couple of years in the early nineties. I bought this record, went round to a friend's in Dortmund, Germany with Siamese Dream. Listened to it, quite astonished and went to see them a few days later in Cologne. Still one of the best bands I've ever seen!
