Written by the wonderful Chip Taylor, this is much, much covered. Tom Hibbert makes quite the right judgement with this, one of the earliest recordings! Woking, Surrey born Billie Davis is pretty unjustly neglected along side Dusty, Cilla, Sandie et al, but had a lot of success in the UK charts in the sixties and this at least deserves absolute classic status.
