Jack Sharp of Wolf People's latest venture as Large Plants is one of those exercises in millenial musical time travel that so many seem prone to these days.
Making not the remotest concession to being contemporary in any respect, latest album The Carrier opts instead for the British Folk / Rock convergence of the late Sixties and Seventies. It's all Shetland Jumpers, beards and beer.
Highly, highly authentic. Whether you choose to listen to that or one of the genuine classics of the era such as Fairport, Strawbs or Fotheringay is another matter.
