Eliminator is quite a difficult record for me to listen ti. I've never listened to the whole album. It's so deeply etched in my memory in connection with Jonathan King and that awful AOR show he hosted in BBC 2 in the early to mid Eighties pushing Jefferson Starship, Styx, REO Speedwagon and Van Halen. ZZ Top and this record were probably one of the best things about the programme. But I still find it gimmicky and it says nothng to me about my life. Then and now. .
