So these aren't the best records ever made. In fact this is shocking. But if you're as prone to nostalgic moods as I am they have an other worldly charm. The song also seems oblivious to the fact that Cyril Knowles never really scored many goals for Spurs, 17 in 500 appearances. Perhaps that was the point. This reached # 14 in 1973.
