Thirty Days of Mad Men # 2 Waylon Jennings

Not a chronological series this one. We go from the Pilot Episode to Series 7 Episode 5 and a Don Draper gets his mojo back moment at the end of the programme. Walking in unexpected and uninvited to a Philip Morris sales pitch organised by two of his enemies within his own organisation, he steals the pitch, walks out of the meeting, stands hat tilted in front of the hotel entrance snatches a cigarette, ushers the two into the taxi and whistles for one of his own. Then we get Waylon Jennings and the credits. The first time I ever heard this. Great television. Here's Waylon above on the Johnny Cash show from round about the same time historically, with a cool female keyboard player and an equally cool band. Here's the lego version of the same scene below and two pictures from the Mad Men moment. Everything here, quite brilliant!
