An electronic London base duo named J. Willgoose Esq and Wrigglesworth, (a likely story). Their music takes samples from public information films archive footage, information films and the like and soundtracks it with music of their own. This is the track of theirs I've heard that works best. Any record that accesses Leslie Howard and David Niven will have something going for it.
