October 20th 1962 - Bobby 'Boris' Pickett
Bobby 'Boris' Pickett and the Crypt Kickers started a two week run at No.1 on the US singles chart with 'Monster Mash'. It got to Number 1 in the UK about ten years later. I always thought this was a pretty good record. As Halloween beckons, it might as well get a spin.
