A good friend of mine has recently been texting me the plot of Jean-Paul Sartre's first novel Nausea as he reads it. I appreciate the gesture as I haven't read that book since I was eighteen and it's a very particular experience. Perhaps Washington D.C.'s Priests appreciate it too. Enough maybe to dedicate a song to the man on their new album The Seduction of Kansas.
