Peter Noone takes Green Rocky Road, a Folk standard, covered by everyone from Fred Neil to Tim Hardin and turns it into a nursery rhyme, as was his wont. He and Herman's Hermits definitely brought something to the table and maybe they're not as appreciated as they ought to be.
