Halo Maud is a French artist who occasionally reminds the listener of the otherworldly airiness of Bjork but certainly has her own thing going on. Her music exists somewhere between Psychedelia, Prog and Ambient categories and has a wonderful haunting quality. She's already released a number of tracks on Heavenly Records this year, sung in turn in French and English, ahead of a debut album which should be worth waiting for.
