It's 1982. And Billy Mackenzie and his hugely original and sexy pop group are down in London to mime to one of their three pop hit singles for the year in the Top of the Pop studios. This particular one is I think about an old people's mental health home either in or just outside of Dundee. It made the UK Top Twenty, which is one of many reasons why Billy is here.
