Songs About People # 209 David Cassidy

It's probably largely forgotten exactly what a huge heart-throb David Cassidy was in the early seventies. My own older sister was rather taken with him, in preference to Donnie, which was the standard playground choice for girls of a certain age round about then. Betty & the Werewolves, a now defunct and highly cutesy, British indie-outfit from a few years back were far too young to have personal memories of that moment in time. But it didn't stop them writing this.
