Melbourne, Australia band Crayon Fields put out a couple of fine records in 2006's Animal Bells and 2009's All the Pleasures of the World. They also released another last year which was not so much to my liking. But these first two are fine, melodic updates on sixties guitar pop. I could have posted any number of tracks from those two earlier albums but was much taken by these particular songs and the quietly haunting promos that goes along with them.
