Mike Polizze of Hurling Piss has a new album out. It is called Around Sound. It is wistful and aching. The kind of thing you would expect from J Mascis or Kurt Vile.
It has an acoustic, pained edge at times but mostly it goes with the elements and finds its way to a smoth landing place. It's rather lovely actually. .
Another beauty, Bruce! I think I came across this last week, but didn't stop to give it a proper listen. Glad I did now. Lovely stuff.
