The Hanging Stars, in their own words, 'a London Cosmic Country Folk band', are back with a single Radio On that I hope presages a new album. It nails the description of the previous sentence. All wide ueyed wonder and ringing guitars. It wouldn't exist without Big Star's Thirteen but that's certainly no criticism and sits down comfortably in a space between that, the unjustly neglected Stars of Heaven and Teenage Fanclub.
