All three songs from the debut EP of a young York band who played in Newcastle last night but I didn't get to see as I was otherwise engaged. All set in a distinctly classic mould but they do it all rather nicely with s definite crafted verve.
Named, at least partially, after Ginsberg's poem, they echo other bands, cite Dylan and Beatles as prime influences but sound rather more nineties to my ears, Radiohead came to mind, (particularly during Manea). A highly promising start.
