There will always be songs that remind you of someone you went out with and the time you went out with them. This song takes me back to someone I went out with when I was living in Poland and the Czech Republic about twenty years back. It wasn't the happiest relationship either of us ever had I imagine but it had its moments. We used to sing this one together in our flats between a process of endless cigarettes and cups of tea. Just heard it on the radio and it tugs heartstings. Here's Audrey singing it in Breakfast at Tiffany's. One of the finest songs ever written.
