Listening to an awful lot of music, which doing this, by default of course I do, you come to some interesting conclusions. As to the abiding influences on artists nowadays. London duo Geowolf sound like Mazzy Star on new EP Whirlwind. Mazzy Lite perhaps. Hazy, floating female vocals over twanging guitars from the Sixties.
