Neil's ridiculous Eighties continue. He makes what is essentially a Rockabilly album in Everybody's Rockin'. Then becomes a Redneck reactionary Reaganite and makes the utterly laughable Country record Home Ways. There's some decent music on both albums but the sentiments are quite ludicrous and it's difficult to be entirely sure whether he isn't actually just laughing behind his hand. If he isn't, it's slightly concerning because this is some of the corniest stuff you'll ever hear.
