A small find in my own personal universe yesterday. The only solo album from James Kirk, 2003's You Can Make It If You Boogie, irrefutable proof, (if it was needed), that the genius of early Orange Juice was not all about Edwyn Collins. This is a fine record, showing twenty years on, that spark was still intact.
