The CBGB's veterans are coming thick and fast now on this series. Of course, Johansen goes back further than that, having played a not inconsiderable part in setting the whole ball rolling in the first place. He knew how to have fun and he also understood the pure joy of the very best pop music and how to rock and rip it up.
