A reinvention and a good idea for Weller. A lot don't care for him for one reason or anither. He's grumpy sure, but that can be interpreted as determination as much as anything. And that's a quality to be recognised and respected. I on't care for all of this. Some of it 's a bit stodgy for my taste. Like struggling down a country lane in gumboots. Elsewhwere he shows a lighter touch and comes across as nothing so much as The Woking Nick Drake.
