If I'd have been born in a different time and place I might have been a Yo La Tengo completist. I go for their cool veneer. Their relaxed and collected air. Painful comes from 1993. It walks the streets of New York City with a spring in its step.. Not a bad thing to do. It howls in a rather polite Indie way. Into the day !
