The sound of my youth. I turned 15 in 1980 and Girls in Synthesis' debut album The Rest is Distraction. sounds like much of the dread that was so prevalent in that year;. Killing Joke, Joy Division, Pop Group, Ruts. Frankly it sounds nothing like 2022, no matter how hard it tries but it's alright.
