Kentuckian S. G. Goodman's Teeth Marks is an immediately recognisable Southern record, and a very good one too. Eleven songs of heritage, tradition, woe and endurance.
Wonderful songwritin. Goodman is a farmer's daughter and knows the lay of the land only too well. This is a record in the worn tradition of Americana, though that's an overused term these days.. Country too.
