A happy sounding records focusing on sad experiences. Barrie were once a Brooklyn based band who put out a debut album in 2018. Now, essentially they're a solo act who has released a second just now, partially about her father's passing at the same time as the beginning of a new relationship.
Barbara, the album concerned here is an electro floaty, positive record. It's slighly variable but bits of it are very good indeed. I've posted some tracks I like here.
