Another day, another series. Well, why not? It's been very well itemised recently what a fabulous year 1971 was for new albums. David Hepworth most notably, and his 1971 - Never a Dull Moment: Rock's Golden Year which I featured in a series on here not long ago. But also, an article in the latest issue of Mojo Magazine, which delves a little deeper and unearths some worthy obscurities from the same year. Fifty in all. Beginning with this. One of the most truly 'far out' albums ever made.
