John Cougar as then was, does Iggy & the Stooges during the sessions for his first album Chestnut Street Incident released in 1976. It didn't make the final cut which is a shame because he does a fine job on it and it's an improvement on a lot of those that did. Maintains the strutting purity of the original and underlines what a very, very good song it is.
