Rather lovely, lilting album called Big Harcar from a South Shields band, and that's very local to me. South Shields is I guess a suburb of Newcastle, and I live in the city centre, a stone's throw from Central Station.
How best to describe this? It's regionalised I guess, the accents here are Northern. It's Rocky, it's melodic, it's slightly Folky. Really labels are redundant. It's a lovely record that is setting me up for the weekend nicely.
