I'm currently quite absorbed in Brett Anderson's two part memoirs detailing his life before and in Suede. It really brings to light what a revelation the band were when they first emerged in the early Nineties. More on this in time I imagine but for the time being, here's To The Birds, a B-Side on their astonishing debut single The Drowners. Evidently still one of Anderson's favourites.
